How to Get a Bookshare Individual Membership

For teachers: You can initiate the Individual Membership for students already on your organizational (school) account. Watch this video tutorial for assistance.

For parents: If your student already has a Bookshare organizational (school) account, just log in and select Upgrade to an Individual Membership. Follow the instructions in this handy parents’ guide.

    What if your child is home schooled and cannot register through a school?

      Bookshare is available for free to all US students with reading barriers who qualify whether they go to public school, private school, charter schools, or are home schooled. Contact support@bookshare.org and our wonderful Customer Support staff can assist with the sign up process.
